The staff is the best part of this hotel. They are very informative and will do everything to make you happy. Very affordable. I rented a car but now wish I would have used the bus system as it runs only a couple of blocks away within walking distance. Driving on the island was a nightmare. We took a boat trip as recommended by Maria and it was the highlight of our trip experiencing the volcanic island, swimming in the sea and visiting another island for lunch. Very good value for our stay and about a block from the beach and restaurants.
